Fourth Generation

The forth generation Mustang was the next step in Fords evolution of the Mustang being a brand new design this being the newest design in over 15 years. This generation of Mustangs brang a new build inside and out with a new design of a 4.6L V8 forced induction engine. during later years of this generation Ford produced the Mustang SVT Cobra which was named the terminator because its 390hp stock engine would destroy any challenger it would take to the line. In 1998 Ford offered a sports package which was mainly just black strip racing lines. In 1999 Ford introduced sharper design lines, a more aggressive stance, new grille, lamps, and hood. while entering the 2000's for introduced its first ever six speed manual transmission.
